Baya Resorts is a nature retreat in the hills of Karjat — two hours from Mumbai and Pune — offering a considered escape through thoughtfully designed rooms, villas, and home-style hospitality. The brand needed both a stronger visual identity and a social presence that could communicate its calm, unhurried appeal to the right audience.
I directed the rebranding across logo, palette, typography, and content style, establishing a visual language consistent with the resort's character. Alongside this, I managed the monthly content strategy and led a full influencer campaign — shortlisting talent, managing deliverables, and overseeing execution. Custom performance trackers were designed to measure outcomes across both owned content and influencer activity, ensuring the work was accountable as well as aesthetic
