Overview
Ittara is a sustainable luxury handbag brand offering cruelty-free, eco-conscious alternatives without compromising on craft or aesthetic. When I came on board, the brand needed a social presence that matched the clarity and intentionality of its product ethos.
I built the brand's social identity from the ground up — setting up the bio, highlights, and feed architecture — then conducted a thorough competitor analysis to sharpen the content direction. From there, I developed monthly content calendars and reoriented the content strategy to better reflect the founder's vision. Performance was tracked and reported monthly, creating a feedback loop that kept the content both creatively coherent and measurably effective.
